FAQ

How long does it take to complete a commission?
I give myself a minimum of 3 weeks to complete a single commission although it may take longer depending on the amount of clients I am working with at the time and the complexity of the piece. Bear in mind that you will be charged a "rush fee" if the deadline is very close for a single piece depending on its complexity, but please do not hesitate to ask if you are looking to get something completed in a shorter time frame.
Do I need to send you references for my commission?
You don't have to, but it is preferred. When commissioning something from a book for example, a passage describing the character(s) appearance and their surroundings is very much appreciated. Feel free to include as many references as you like, photos, aesthetic pictures, artworks with a similar vibe (even rough doodles can help!)
I have been put on a waiting list. How long do I have to wait for my turn?
I usually work under the "first come, first serve" rule, but commissions with a deadline are priority. If there is no deadline, the usual wait could take weeks, if not months before I reach you. If there is a deadline, I might squeeze you in between the commissions that do not have one (this applies to authors especially), but there is no guarantee. Feel free to ask whether your deadline fits into my schedule.
Do I have to credit you when posting my finished commission online?
Yes please! Tag my Instagram @knightfallart
What about NSFW art?
Absolutely! Just make sure the characters are of legal age and that it's nothing involving animals.
Is there anything you won't draw?
Mecha
Excessive gore
Something outside of my art style
Robotics or detailed creature designs
